Customer Service vs Customer Sales Associates

Looking at the title of this blog, if I asked you what the difference is between the two roles listed above, what would you say?

I would guess your answers would be along the lines of:

“Customer service is there to help with my account, explain my services and billing, make changes to my account, and help with any questions or disputes I might have with the company.”
